M.Tech (Electrical Engineering) Instrumentation & Control is a two-year post-graduate programme intended to equip students with knowledge of measurement and control of process variables in a production procedure. The coursework of the programme includes concepts related to electronics and pneumatics instrumentation, measurements of flow, level, temperature and pressure, control loops, and more.
Under this programme, students are trained for the designing, construction and maintenance of the entire instrumentation systems of any industrial undertaking. In addition, the aspirants also gain skills to manage projects within cost and time constrained environments. Graduates from this programme can find employment in manufacturing, power generation, aerospace and process industries.
